Persian Pomegranate Chicken (Fesenjan)

Ingredients

onions, unsalted butter, virgin olive oil, pomegranate molasses, walnut, chicken, chicken stock, turmeric, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper & salt


1) Toast and grind the walnuts
2) Brown the chicken pieces on all sides
3) Sauté the onions
4) Add chicken and stock
5) Add ground walnuts, pomegranate molasses, sugar, spices,
cover and cook
